The City of Belen is hiring for two positions within our Parks and Recreation Department: Recreation Tech I and Parks Technician I.
Recreation Tech I
The starting annual salary $31,200 ($15.00 an hour).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license
- One year experience related to recreatio or community involvement preferred
- Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) preferred
- Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) preferred
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Knowledge to include use of landscaping equipment and maintenance equipment
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
