The City of Belen is hiring for a Human Resources Director, the starting annual salary is $66,560 ($32/hr).
Requirements
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public or Personnel Administration, Business Management or a closely related field, Construction Management or related field preferred
- 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources capacity or equivalent of experience and training that meets the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the position. Or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
