Registration for Spring 2025 Soccer & Volleyball

It’s that time of year, registration for Spring sports starts on Wednesday, January 29th and runs through February 22nd. Late Registration will be February 24th – March 1st.

Soccer

  • Ages 6 – 14
  • Season – March 22nd – May 17th
  • Practices begin the week of March 10th
  • Regular Registration – $70 per player/Late Registration – $95 per player
  • Register at 305 Eagle Lane – Check or Card ONLY

Volleyball

  • Ages 6 – 14
  • Season – March 20th – May 17th
  • Practices begin the week of March 10th
  • Regular Registration – $50 per player/Late Registration – $75 per player
  • Register at 305 Eagle Lane – Check or Card ONLY

Volunteer Coaches for both sports will receive 1/2 fee until positions are filled. You must pass a background check to coach. If you are interested in being a referee, let us know!

Refund Request: 

  1. All refund requests must be in writing and sent to our Recreation Supervisor, Richard Carrillo at Richard.carrillo@belen-nm.gov.  The subject line of the email should read “Refund Request – (Participant’s Name)”.  No refunds will be provided by phone call or hand written requests, only email requests will be accepted.  The Recreation Supervisor will make all final determinations.
  2. The refund request email shall include the following information:
    1. Participant’s Name
    2. Registered team name and division/age group
    3. Reason for the request
    4. Proof of payment e.g., transaction ID, receipt)
  3. Refund requests will be processed within 14 days of the complete refund request email.
    1. Full Refund will be granted if a player withdraws prior to the first practice.
    2. Partial refund of 50% will be provided if the request is made after the first practice and before the first game.  This covers the cost of equipment, jerseys, and administration.
    3. Refunds will not be issued after the first game, for player injuries or changes to physical condition, or other personal circumstances.
    4. Refunds will not be issued for suspended team or individuals, cancellations due to inclement weather, forfeited games, or rescheduled games.
    5. Not knowing or understanding the refund process will not alter the outcome of the request.
