The City Hall Closure has been extended from Monday, December 12, 2022 through the end of December, with a tentative re-opening in early January 2023. The delay is due to unforeseen circumstances encountered during the new judicial facility/City Hall repaving project with the discovery of some undesirable soil testing and some rainwaters that have further delayed the construction project.
All utility matters and water bills can still be processed at the Belen Fire Department located at 121 South Fifth St. Monday through Friday, Between 8 am – 5 pm. Please Note, we are unable to accept cash payments during this time, you may complete your in-person Utility payments via card, check, or money order only.
All City staff are still functioning within their City Offices and can be contacted via their office phones or by calling 505-966-2730. We are sorry for the inconvenience this project has caused.
