Robert C. Noblin, Jr. is 44 years old and originally from Fredericksburg, Virginia. He has been a resident of New Mexico since 2005. Robert began playing piano at age 4, and his talent is used largely in church.
He is a graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, GA. Robert enjoys playing the piano, karaoke, and being involved in the Valencia County community. He has also served on the Development Board of the University of New Mexico Valencia Campus as well as both the Belen Chamber of Commerce board and the Los Lunas Chamber of Commerce board. He earned his Certified Funeral Service Practitioner designation in 2017 and was also elected as President of the New Mexico Funeral Service Association in 2019.
Robert enjoys the many challenges of being Mayor, including finding real and practical solutions to constituents’ questions and issues. Robert believes that Belén is strategically poised and ready for growth and is excited to be at the forefront of such a quickly evolving city.
