On Friday and Saturday, April 21st and 22nd, Whitfield Wildlife Conservation Area is throwing and Earth Day Fiesta! With both days packed full of fun and educational events, for the whole family, you won’t want to miss out!
Friday kicks off at 11am with a Birding Walk followed by a Native Plants presentation at 12:30pm. At 1:30pm you will have a chance to soak in the beautiful scenery during a Nature Hike. There will also be vendors with plants and soil amendments, Tome Todo Food Truck, and Paraiso Roasters Coffee!
Saturday at 11:30am the starts with a presentation on Understanding Trophic Cascades. At 1pm, there will be a Teacher Toolkit with EENM. A LIVE Birds of Prey Presentation flies in at 2pm and throughout the day there will be vendors, information tables, Tome Todo Food truck, Paraiso Roasters Coffee, and Kids Crafts and Activities!
