The City of Belen is commencing a project with Dalkia EDF Group to upgrade our city-owned street lights to LEDs with Smart Nodes.
Dalkia has created a website with all of the information regarding this project including how it will benefit the residents of Belen, what the responsibilities of Dalkia are over the lifespan of the project, and important information about LED lights and their Smart Nodes.
