The City of Belen is accepting applications for one full-time laborer in our Community Maintenance Department. The starting annual salary is $31,200 ($15/hr). A full benefits package including retirement, healthcare, and more is offered to full-time employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid New Mexico driver’s license
- Knowledge to include use of common work tools, maintenance, and simple motor equipment
- Knowledge of safety requirements in use of ladders, work tools, shovel, hoe, weed cutter, pick, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc., street and maintenance equipment
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
