The City of Belen is accepting applications for a full-time Laborer or Certified Operator in our Water Department. The starting annual salary is $31,200 – $37,440 ($15 – $18/hr). The hourly rate will depend on Water Level certification.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- A valid New Mexico driver’s license
- Willing to obtain Water Level I/Waste Water Level I certification within 18 months of hire if not already certified
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
