A chill is in the evening air and the sky is just a little bit more blue, fall is just around the corner and so is the 4th Annual Scarecrow Festival! Make your way down to Becker Ave. between 5th and 6th streets on October 29th between 3pm – 6pm.

The Scarecrow Festival is sponsored by The City of Belen, the Belen Art League, and the Bugg Light Museum
